Niurkis Beltran is excited to serve the Florida community. Niurkis has worked in the real estate industry since 2014 and the property management sector since 2016; she also holds a Pricing Strategy Advisor certification. Throughout her career, Niurkis has acquired and refined her customer service skills, communication skills, and ability to match the product with her clients’ needs. She also has a background in retail and sales.

Niurkis works with a variety of clients, including first-time homebuyers, retirees, investors, military personnel, and relocators. She is passionate about matching people with the perfect home for whatever situation they’re in. She loves helping with the biggest investment of their lives and helping people to achieve the American dream.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Niurkis grew up in New York and has been a Florida resident since 2011. Niurkis is passionate about finding the cure for Alzheimer’s disease and is an active team captain in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Miami every year. She is a proud mother of three and grandmother of two, and family is her main source of inspiration. In her free time, Niurkis enjoys wine tasting, reading, traveling, admiring art, and watching home-improvement shows.
